Overall, this was a valuable and educational experience that helped me develop practical skills in business analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication. There were early challenges in establishing trust and clear communication with the client, which sometimes shifted focus away from applying course concepts toward managing team dynamics and presentation strategies. Despite these obstacles, the support from SFU instructors and the opportunity to work on a real-world business case made the experience worthwhile and rewarding.
